Plates issued by the Arizona Corporation
Commission
to commercial vehicles doing business solely within the state.
These were used together with the state-issued commercial plates.
First year appears to be 1926.
Plates from the early 30s to early 40s came with an upper flap
which was
designed to tuck under the lower portion of the state plates ( Example ).
There are 3 types of ACCs: Commercial (COM), Interstate
(INT) and Trailers(TLR)
All three types matched in color for each year as shown here from
1950.
1972 was probably the last year these were issued.
