The latest handicapped MC plates have a new hole spacing besides the dropping
of the verticle M/C, addition of a letter prefix and a shift upward of the characters.

This seldom-seen copper Historic Motorcycle Plate is currently available to
anyone with a bike 25 years or older. It appears that over 1000 of these have now
been issued since 1988. The letters HM now follow the serial on the right side.
Highest number noted is 127HM
